  Description
  HN-801 is a single-component lamination glue especially developed for PVC, wood-plastic, aluminium composite panel (ACP), pvc film to acrylic sheet, acrylic plate, acrylic panel, and door jambs, etc. The lamination glue has strong peel strength, little odor and little corrosivity. Besides, it has good performance both application with roller coater or slot coater.
  Physical properties
  Appearance: colorless transparent viscous liquid
  Viscosity: 9000~12000 CPS/25°C
  
  Working conditions,
  Temperature of working environment: 5~35°C
  Adhesive and base material temperature: 10~25°C
  Coating weight: 100~150g/square meter (knife-coating), 80~120g/square meter (roll-coating, not diluted)
  Drying temperature: 65~70°C/30 seconds
  Waiting time post Woking procedure: 12~24 hours
  
  Application notice,
  Read through the MSDS before application.
  Keep the base material clean, dry and flat.
  When the temperature of working environment is high, the drying temperature can be lower.
  DO NOT mix this adhesive with other adhesive.
  To guarantee the using effect, please use the hardener (or curing agent) and thinner supplier by our company if customers need these products.
  
  Storage: keep it in dry and cool place. Storage temperature shoud be between 5~30°C.
  Valid period: 6 months.
