  • XSD-200 liquid sulfonated cobalt phthalocyanine sweetening catalyst, is substitute product of solid sulfonated cobalt phthalocyanine, made of advanced technology of synthesis and complexation, it can be completely miscible with lye, has good chemical and thermal stability, use more convenient, higher catalytic activity, the use of cycle is longer, especially suitable for the liquid-liquid sweetening process of heavy oil catalytic cracking gasoline, hydrogenation refined gasoline and LPG sweetening, processing materials including gasoline, LPG, synthesis gas, coal gas, natural gas and removal of hydrogen sulfide and mercaptan(deodorization), it is a replacement product of solid cobalt phthalocyanine. At present, the XSD-200 liquid sulfonated cobalt phthalocyanine can be comparable with the imported similar products, and reached the level of imported products.

  • Method of use

  1, usage of fiber membrane desulfurization device: mix the catalyst alkaline solution in this proportion of 1 tons of alkali added 2-5 kg the product, then pump to the fiber membrane sweetening process, or direct inject petrol or LPG feedstock (liquid - liquid method);

  2, usage of activated carbon fixed bed sweetening device : it can be used through putting directly into the regenerative solution according to the amount of fixed bed regeneration need and circulating evenly.
