  GENERAL
  IG 6000 adsorbent is a molecular sieve product. It is used to achieve and maintain water dew point as low as –100℉(-73℃) when we manufacture insulated glass windows.

   

  APPLICATION
  It is wildly applied in insulation glass industry.

   

  FEATURES AND BENEFITS

  • Low air and inert gas capacity: Adsorbent-related unit deflection and seal stress are reduced.
  • Solvent capacity: Solvent fogging from cleaning solvents and touch-up paint is prevented due to incremental hydrocarbon capacity.
  • Low attrition loss
  • Superior bead strength: Minimized dusting and chipping occurs during pneumatic conveying and spacer filling.
