SULFONATED ASPHALT is a black powderd water soluble anioinic sodium sulfonated asphalt product, which funtions as cost efficient shale stabilizer for use in water, oil, and synthetic based drilling fluids.

Application:
SULFONATED ASPHALT can develops a strong, thin filter cake and provide API / HTHP fluids loss, increases mud lubricity and reduces sloughing Shale.
