SPA sodium polyacrylate copolymer is a synthetic, acrylate-based, medium molecular weight, anionic polymer produced in flowing powder. SPA is an efficient filtration control agent and has a minimal viscosity impact on the fluid. It is not susceptible to bacterial degradation.

Application:
SPA sodium polyacrylate can be used in freshwater and seawater muds as a fluid loss reducer by adsorbing onto the clay platelets and cross-linking them to form a thin, tough filter cake. It has high temperature limited.
