2.Wheat germ oil is rich in natural vitamin E, which is the only oil type of tocopherolβ.Therefore, it has the function of anti-infertility, promoting metabolism, enhancing physical strength and memory, preventing arteriosclerosis, enhancing immune system function etc.
3. Health benefits of this oil include improving the overall working of the heart. Research has shown beneficial effects of octacosanol and specifically policosanol in improving cardiovascular functions.

How to use
