The low throughput pipeline and the paraffin blocked pipes or production lines can be improved and reused. Physical and chemical properties: Appearance: Amber viscous liquid, liquid state in summer, semi-solid state in winter Density(g/ml): d204 =0.90-0.98 Flash point(℃): >60 Solubility qualitative: Soluble in diesel、gasoline、arene solvents and not soluble in water. Operation 1.When the environment temperature is high, inject the CFC pour point depressant directly to the oil well、the transmission and processing station in oil field、 central treating station in oil field. For better results, add the depressant before the heating process for crude oil. 2.When the environment temperature is low, the oil field chemical tank,、the injection equipment、 the pipeline between the injection equipment and the chemical tank should have heating and warming system. Or mix the CFC and the diesel evenly with the proportion of 1:1 or 1:2 before use it. 3.The recommend dosage is 1000-2000 ppm. 4.Do experiment before use. For different crude oil, using different type of CFC depressants. Package This products packed with galvanized drum or IBC drum. The sign、transportation、 storage follow the SH0164 regulation. Avoid with mechanical impurities and water when transit. Caution This products is high molecular polymer. If splash into the skin, using available petroleum ether or 120# solvent to clean. No bad effect to oil pipe, oil field equipment and environment. |
