Quantity: 1 Specs:5 ppb, 50tests/kit Payment Method: T/T 1. Introduction The rapid test strip is based on the specific immuno-chemical reactions between antigen and antibody. It relies on the competition between residues in the sample and? the immobilized on T line on the membrane for the antibody-dye conjugate. Since the drug has been presenting in the sample, it will compete with the drug immobilized on T line, to the limited amount of dye-antibody. As a sufficient amount of drug in the sample is presenting, the drug will saturate the antibody. Consequently, it will show an extremely light or even invisible T line, indicating a positive result. On the other hand, if there is a negative sample (or the amount of the drug is lower than the minimum detectable concentration, 5 ppb), it will generate two obvious lines in both the T and C line section. 2. Contents 1 Test cassette 2 Manual 3 Dropper 3 Operation procedures 3.1 Take necessary strips on desk. 3.2 Drop 3-4 drops of sample(about 80 uL) in the Sample collect region. Note: Do not drop the sample directly to the test result region. It will affect the result. 3.3 Wait for 5 min to read the result.(It’s valid in 30 minutes) 5 Test Result Interpretation 5.1 Negative(<5 ng/mL): Red T line appears in 5 minutes. 5.2 Positive (>5 ng/mL): Red T line is invisible in 5 minutes. 6 Precaution 1. Every test cassette and dropper is single use only. Please do not reuse. 2. Avoid sunshine and wind when using. 3. Water, distilled water or organic solvent can’t be used for Negative control. 4. The test kit is only for lab reference that we can’t be responsible for results. 7. Storage and expiry date Storage: Store at 4-30 ℃ in dark Expiry date: 12 months; date of production is on box. |
