It is suitable to be used to stain caoutchouc and synthetic rubber products like colorized rain boots,rubber wrap of cables and colorized adhesive tape. The rubber stain is in sheet and has 50% pigment solid. The product is convenient to use and the color is even and fresh without any color difference of spot. Besides,it is stable and safe in migration. It can be mixed together easily. As it is in shape of sheet, it has no waste during the procedures and is easy to measure the amount. To adopt the product, you needn't change the original process or the curing condition,but it is ok to reduce the amount of softener at about 0.2%-2%. |
