Model SP vertical stirred beads mill is designed for production of low and intermediate viscous suspensions. Effective grinding/dispersing is done between small beads with the sizes of 0.1-1.6mm. The ground suspension is conveyed centrically into a top-inner product pipe without sieves. Beads separation at the top end is carried out by centrifugation. The beads separated are re-circulated into the grinding barrel for continuous grinding. |
