After the energy-saving ball mill goes into normal grinding work, the operator does not know much about this product,so there is a lot of misunderstanding,and the operator must observe and focus on the following:
1.Check the normal functioning of the energy-saving ball mill, inner should not have the sound of abnormal knocking.If there is any abnormal sound and all the abnormal situation,we should be dealt with immediately,and if under special circumstances we should immediately sto operation. 2.Feed size disallowed is greater than 0.8 times of the mine mouth, row ore chute should not be blocked by the ore,otherwise ore will lift broken cone,and make slag go into the eccentric sleeve, causing the accident. 3.Pay attention to the operation of the oil pump,and regularly check throughout the oil flow indicator, oil temperature and oil pressure indicators.The temperature of the oil after the cooler is not higher than 45-53 degree. Return oil temperature should not be higher than 70 degree,and upper hang suspension device for the oil on time. 4.Be careful to check the tightness of the V-belt, whether it is fractured or not,and it does not paste in the oil. If the accident occurred in the operation, for example,the chute is blocked by ore feeding oil stops or oil temperature exceeding 70 degree and the cone gear appears to beating sound, we should immediately stop according to prescribed procedures. 5.We should always check whether the pin between the connection of the beams,the frame body and the chassis is loose and 15mm gap along the circumference are equal.Check whether there is any looseness,lack and severe wearing on each plate. 6.We should be strictly check the mine feeding to prevent the non-broken material into the cylinder body. 7.The order ball mill stops should be:first stop feeding ore of the ball mill,wait to drain all the ore from the cylinder body before you can stop the ball mill, and then stop the transport aircraft. |
