| Dee & Em Naturals & Fragrances was conceptualized, visualized and made a reality by a visionary in the true sense, the Late Mr. Prakash Gandhi in the year 1989. Mr. Gandhi was previously into the family business of manufacture of Crucibles (for smelting) and Timber. A chance meeting with a close friend from Amsterdam was all it took for Mr. Gandhi to realize how rewarding being in the perfume fragrances, food flavors and fragrance business was. That meeting started it all. He pooled in all available resources and started Dee & Em Naturals & Fragrances, the Dee & Em Naturals & Fragrances representing the names of his two sons, Dhiren and Mitul. It has been a long, hard but a rewarding line of business. From starting with zero experience and contacts in this line of business, Mr. Gandhi worked through till 2003, building contacts and clients second to none. Mr. Gandhi was very insistent that his two sons learn about perfumes. Right from their schooling days, Mr. Gandhi used to give 2 to 3 smelling strips a day and encourage them to identify the character of the product. It was that early training and subsequent hands down practical experience that have fine tuned Mr. Dhiren and Mr. Mitul to run the firm on a day to day basis. Their profile of work includes manufacturing, creating new perfumes and flavors and other affairs of the firm. Dee & Em Naturals & Fragrances owes everything that there is to Mr. Prakash Gandhi.
