The Company was incorporated in the year 1989 and started its production of Agro Intermediate in the year 1991.

In the span of 20 years the company’s production has been increased by twelve folds. In the year 2004–2005 the company has diversified into agro formulation under its own Brand.

In the same year the company has developed from its Research and Development three BIO - PRODUCT under classification of Bio - Weedicides, Bio-Fungicides and Bio–Laurycides named as“WANKATTACK”and“WANKSHOOT”respectively.

In the year 2005–2006 the company has further diversified in the field of Pharma Intermediate and Speciality Chemicals.
