In 1977, a small company in western India saw something which not many others did - an international market for good Indian dyestuff products. Spurred by little more than a strong intuition and good business sense, it began with a moderate production capacity of 18 TPA. Today, 25 years later, it has grown into the ATLAS DYE-CHEM GROUP, with a capacity of 5000 TPA, producing a large range of Reactive dyes, Acid & Direct dyes and Dye intermediates.

    The Atlas Dye-Chem Group has truly come long way. With a long-standing track record of quality products, excellent service and trade fastness, it has established itself as one of the foremost organisations in the industry.

    The same culture of ethics and excellence permeates all the companies. Headed by techno-commercial entrepreneurs, Atlas stands out as a professional outfit, supplying to multinationals. Being an export-oriented Group, 75% of its products find their way into overseas markets of Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa.

    Although its main products are synthetic organic dyestuff, colour run for textiles and speciality intermediates, the company plans to diversify, in the near future, into non-textile dyes as well. A strong product line, a firm sense of commitment and efficient sales back-up have all contributed to putting Atlas way ahead of the competition - which is where it appears set to stay for a long time to come.
