FDK Lanka is a subsidiary of FDK Corporation (Japan), and a manufacturing company with a super-modern factory in Sri Lanka. We have been entrusted to produce electronic parts, electronic equipments, and electronic machines products, etc. (EMS).

    FDK group comprises of five domestic manufacturing plants and six overseas plants located in Thailand, China, Indonesia, etc. It抯 sales offices are located in Asia, Europe, and United States.

    FDK Lanka commenced operations in Sri Lanka in the year 1990, producing magnetic heads for floppy drives. The company underwent five stages of expansions and presently manufactures Magnetic Heads for floppy drives, Rotary Transformers for VCR/Video Cameras, and Optical Devices for fiber optic communications.

    Have setup many computerized high-tech equipments, and cutting & polishing machines for a Micron-order processing system, where parts are processed, assembled up to the completion of the final product.

    Workforce comprises of highly skilled production operators and supervisors who have experience in operating these sophisticated equipments. They are supported by an excellent team of engineers and managers. Technical expertise and supervision is given by a group of Japanese experts in industrial engineering and technologies.

    With the ISO 9001-2000 (version) certification, the products are shipped to Japan, America, Malaysia, China, and Europe. The company, as a policy, concentrates on using high quality materials, and achieving complete customer satisfaction and confidence.
