We started Diesel Engine business, the first time in Korea, in 1976 and committed ourselves to the development of technology in shipbuilding industries with the domestication of main engines for medium and small ships in 1983 and auxiliary engines for large ships in 1985. Our main products range in power from 400 to 17,200 horse power for main and auxiliary marine engines and have good reputations for their high output, low fuel consumption, and excellent durability. We export 70% to 80% of our products to Japan, Europe, and other advanced economies. We have an excellent service network in the domestic market and more than 70 network outlets all over the world providing after sales services and quick parts supply that enhances the reliability of our STX engines.
