Hanwha Trade Division, which is one of the major six divisions of Hanwha Corporation, was founded in 1966, and since then has played a crucial role in restoring Korea抯 economy as one of active participant in the economy development plan.
Our Trade Division expanded its business activities from the domestic market to overseas markets and made substantial contributions to the development of the Group's international operation. It deals with various kinds of items covering crude oil, petrochemicals, bearings, machinery, defense products, paper products and so on.
Through merger with Hanwha Corporation in 1995, the Trade Division has strengthened the competitiveness of our commodities in international markets and pursued the diversification of export items.
