| Nature's Thyme, LLC is a company that imports and exports nutritional raw ingredients globally. We have two locations; Our main headquarters office which is located in Cedar Knolls New Jersey and a sales office in Richmond Virginia. This headquarters office consists primarily of the administrative staff, Shipping, Receiving, Customer Service and limited warehouse space with a loading dock as well as a support staff of 3. Our Virginia sales office is located in the Richmond Virginia area and is basically responsible for order generations with no fulfillment. We also contract the services of three outside contract warehouse facilities located in California, Florida and New Jersey.
Our Customer Service is dedicated to making our customers feel like they are the most important person. "Our service makes the difference!" This tag line was adopted from a direct customer quote after our first year in business. Basically there are three key elements to any successful business... Quality, Price, Customer Service.
At Nature's Thyme it is our goal to always provide all three. We believe that the customer is the most important part of our business and will give the same quality of product and outstanding customer service whether you are buying 5 kilos or 5 Metric Tons.
Our pricing will always be competitive however we can not always guarantee the lowest price because we go out of our way to deliver the highest quality product you will find in the market. Our business continues to grow by remarkable strides because we have made it our biggest goal to try and deliver all three of these key elements. History
As mentioned above our company was established in late November of 2002 by Gordon Gibbs, CEO and owner with the added efforts of his son Adam. Having both worked previously in the industry they felt a need for quality product and personalized service. Starting from scratch, they developed a reputation for quality concern within a network of manufacturers abroad who shared this vision. Today Nature's Thyme proudly imports the very best quality products from many countries worldwide including India, China, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Europe, Africa, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, the Pacific, Canada, Mexico and more.
