Published Prices: Noah reserves the right to make price changes as necessary without formal notice. All prices do not include shipping charges, insurance, hazard fees, special packing and/or packaging, duties, taxes, brokerage fees or other applicable fees or charges.

In some cases products require special packaging due to the hazard involved and the method of shipment. You will be contacted should your order require any special packaging where additional fees would apply. In addition, freight carriers like UPS and Federal Express charge their own hazard fee per package. These fees will be added to your invoice as applicable.

Payment Terms: Our standard terms are Net 10 days with approved credit. If you do not have an open account with Noah and would like to establish credit with our company you may do so by completing our Credit Application. Payment can also be made by company check, wire transfer and credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). No orders will be shipped COD and no personal checks will be accepted as payment.

FOB: Our FOB point is San Antonio, Texas unless otherwise noted.

Shipping / Freight: We will ship your order according to the instructions given. When no method of shipment is specified or揵est way攊s indicated we will select the most cost effective method for shipment based on the product, its hazard, the packaging and the date the product is required to be delivered to your door. Any freight charges, hazard fees and special packing and/or packaging will be added to your invoice as a separate line item where applicable. No discount is extended on these charges. Noah utilizes only reliable and reputable transportation companies with a proven track record for on time deliveries but we cannot be responsible for their performance.

As a courtesy we can provide you with estimated shipping costs in order to assist you in selecting your freight carrier. The shipping costs will vary from product to product and are based on the shipping method selected, packing and/or packaging required, quantity shipped, hazard fees and the destination. Because of this we cannot give exact shipping costs at the time of order placement, only estimates.

Online Ordering: It is not required to have a current account with Noah in order to purchase products online. If you are a first time customer of Noah we will simply set up your account when you place your first order. All orders are promptly confirmed in writing and will provide you with an estimated ship date of your order.
