Oak-Bark Corporation抯 predecessor in the chemical business was founded in 1883. The company known today as Oak-Bark Corporation was formed in 2004 as the result of a management buyout of Wright Corporation. Our corporate offices are located in Wilmington, North Carolina, and production facilities are in nearby Acme, which is ISO 9001:2000 certified, and in Scotia, New York.

We are a responsive company, driven by customer satisfaction. Strong financially, we can expand our facilities to meet our customers' requirements. Oak-Bark Corporation has approximately 60 employees, including Ph.D.'s, M.S., and B.S. level chemists.

Our core businesses include:Silar Laboratories Division - Produces organosilanes and silicones for pharmaceutical, electronics, industrial and R&D use.

Fine Chemicals Division - Performs customer driven custom and toll manufacturing including pharmaceutical intermediates. One particular area of expertise is in organosulfur products.

Pharmaceutical Products Plant朅 7,500 square foot facility that manufactures pharmaceutical excipients and food grade products under the appropriate GMP guidelines.

Special and Dry Products朏eatures custom drying and processing capabilities.
