DAVID“Dick”R. GOODMAN, JR. began working at Madison Chemical in 1975 and became President in 1984 when his father, DAVID“Beano”R. GOODMAN, an MIT graduate, retired. Dick holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering. Over the years, he worked in Production, Maintenance, the Lab and was Operations Manager. He has also spent time in Sales and Purchasing. Dick’s degree and experience allow him to remain involved with R&D, buying strategies, and customer service.
