Marcus Research Laboratory has manufactured Povidone-Iodine raw material for over 30 years in St. Louis, Missouri - the heart of the United States. We produce three grades of PVP-Iodine to meet the requirements of the human and veterinary industries.
Our Povidone-Iodine USP meets the specifications in the current US Pharmacopoeia (available Iodine 9 - 12%). We are pleased to offer material with excellent stability, low moisture and a high average available Iodine content.
Our two non-USP grades - 揌igh Available?and 揇ubldone?- offer an average available Iodine of approximately 17% and 21% respectively. These products are not intended for human applications; rather they offer the formulator a significant raw material cost-savings when producing a non-pharmaceutical finished product.

Our lot size is 1200 kilos, and each grade of PVP-I is packaged in PE liners inside 50-kilo net fiber drums with a lead seal.
