  Our Native NEXT GEL* is an easy-to-use, non-denaturing gel electrophoresis kit. The Native NEXT GEL Kit allows for superior resolution of proteins in their native conformation by an agarose based gel format. AMRESCO抯 Native NEXT GEL can be run with both basic and acidic proteins. The Native NEXT GEL is compatible with all supporting technology such as Western Blotting, N-terminal sequencing, MS, and MALDI. The kit uses a heat and pour agarose that prevents exposure to the hazards associated with liquid acrylamide and allows for easier recovery of the protein following separation. AMRESCO抯 Native NEXT GEL kit contains sufficient reagents to perform 35 50 mini gels and is stable at room temperature for up to 1 year.
