Changzhou Feiyu Chemical Co. Ltd. was founded in January 2005. The company occupies an area of 31,650.6 square meters with building area of more than 25,000 square meters. Feiyu is situated in Binjiang Chemical Industrial Park, High-tech Basic Industry Development Zone, Changzhou City. With Binjiang Road in the south, Yangtze River in the north, and 3 Longjiang Road in the west, Feiyu owns convenient transportation. At present, the factory has storage tank district over 5,000 cubic meters, and has more than 10 vehicles for delivering hazardous chemical substances.

In 2008, the company invested¥55 million in establishing 2,4-Dichloro-5-fluoroacetophenone, dichloroacetonitrile and methyl chloroacetate projects for producing pharmaceutical intermediate and other organic chemical products , with annual output value of¥180 million. The company invested¥142.4 million at the end of 2013 with 38 acres newly-increased used land in 2014. In 2015, the existing factory and newly-increased used land mainly engages in the production of 2,4-dichloro -5-benzoyl chloride and 3-Dimethylaminoacrylic acid ethyl ester.
