Its role is superior to Dimethyl-5-sulfoisophthalate sodium salt (SIPM); there is a large amount of methanol in the waste water of traditional SIPM. 5-Sulfoisophthalic acid monosodium salt can save energy and lower costs, so it is an upgrading product of SIPM (Dimethyl-5-sulfoisophthalate sodium salt). At the same time, 5-Sulfoisophthalic acid monosodium salt is also widely used in: 1. Production of water-soluble polyester dyeing and printing paste to replace PVA paste; 2.
