H&S Chemical Co. Inc. was formed August 30, 1983 by Dr. Charles A. Schneider. The Company initially started as a 50/50 joint venture between HVC Chemical and Dr. Schneider. The business began operations on Murray Road in Cincinnati, Ohio. During the first few years, H&S developed business mainly by providing consulting services to larger companies.
