Product description: [Specification] Appearance: white free flowing powder Ionic charge: anionic pH sol. 10%: 7±1 [Feature] 1. 0312 is a retanning resin with strong filling ability acting on each level of the leather, especially the loosely structure parts. It has outstanding effect on the retannage of chrome leathers. 2. 0312 can be used to cattle leather separately or together with vegetable tannins after the chrome tannage, to achieve the best polishing effect on grain leathers. 3. 0312 is used to improve the fullness of leathers and tightens grains. 4. Some suggestions when applying: ?To achieve the perfect polishing effect and moderate tight touch, 0312 can be used in retanning the chrome leather separately. ?To achieve the best filling effect and perfectly fine polishing grains, 0312 can be used together with vegetable tannins, especially on heavy cattle leathers. ?To retan some small animal leathers, such as valuable furs, 0312 can be applied with other syntans. ?0312 is suitable for producing white leathers. [Application] Shoe upper leather After neutralization, drain and rinse. 250% 60 degree C water X% dye 20minutes 4% 0312 powder 20minutes 1% Quebrac Extract Tannins 30minutes 0.5% Phenolic synthetic tanning agent 30minutes following by the normal procedure. Shaving shoe leather Before fat liquoring and dyeing, add 4% 0312 and rotate for 10minutes, then add dye and fat. Heavily shaving shoe leather After fat liquoring, add 4~5% 0312 and rotate for 30minutes. |
