Product description: Rosmarinic acid is a water-soluble natural phenolic acid compound isolated from the rosemary of the Labiatae family. It is widely distributed among the various plants of the Lamiaceae, Comfrey, Cucurbitaceae, Eucalyptus, Umbelliferae family, the highest content is in the labriatae family and the comfrey family. Low content 5%-60% yellow powder ,High content 98% white powder. 【Physicochemical property】 Chemical name is [R(E)]a-{[3-(1,2- Dihydroxyphenyl)1-oxo-2- Propylene] Oxyl }-3, 4- Dihydroxyphenyl propionic acid, Molecular forma is C18H16O8。 It is light yellow powder, soluble in water and ethanol aqueous solution, insoluble in chloroform, insoluble in oil and fat, anhydrous ethanol, has strong antioxidant capacity, and its antioxidant capacity is higher than Ve. The color development of ferric oxide-potassium ferricyanide and bromophenol blue was positive, and the vanillin was pink. It has good stability and is suitable for storage and use under acidic and low temperature conditions. However, it should be protected from light during use and avoid contact with Ca and Mg ions. Rosmarinic acid has strong thermal stability and low temperature storage. |
