Product description: Structure: Property Corresponding other producers nameDupont Tyzor NBZ Product appearance: White solid BP : 117C Density : 1.05 g/mL at 20 C Refractive index : n20/D 1.465 Fp : 38C RIDADR : UN 1993 3/PG 3 Application: It reacts with chelating agents and forms corresponding Zirconate chelate that has lower reactivity to meet certain reactivity requirements. FD-NBZ is a Lewis acid and can be a good catalyst for most reactions such as esterification, transesterification, condensation reactions etc. It can also be used as Ziegler Natta catalyst in PP and PE polymerization. Due to its high reactivity, FD-NBZ can react with lower reactivity functional group of binder resin, such as COH and CCOOH on substrate and coating, At high temperature (>350oC) FD-NBZ decomposes to form Zirconium dioxide (ZrO2) and forms thin layer on different substrates (glass, mineral, pigment, metal) and surface hardness and surface activity are impeoved. The chemical properties of FD-NBZ is very similar to that of tetra-n-butyl titanate, however, zirconate does not cause yellowing problem. Packing: Packed with bag or cardboard drum, also can be packed according to customers requirement. Storage: Seal and store it in a cool, dry and ventilated place, keep moisture-proof and waterproof, far away from kindling material and heat source. |
