Description:
Hesperidin is a flavanone glycoside found abundantly in citrus fruits.
Hesperidin is believed to play a role in plant defense. It's soluble in
pyridine, sodium hydroxide solution, soluble in DMF, slightly soluble in
methanol and hot glacial acetic acid, and very slightly soluble in ethyl
ether, acetone, chloroform and benzene. It's odourless and tasteless
and 1g goods dissolves in 50 L water.
