Product description: SWD959 Series SH128 One component moisture cure polyurethane (rigid) system industry low temperature cooling system anticorrosion coating Descriptions The cooling system of the equipment of the industry works in super-low temperatures for a long time. Traditional anticorrosion coating products are hard to achieve the ideal protective effect since it’s easy to crack and peel up under this environment. Once the corrosion is excessive, the maintenance will be very different and cause great damage for the normal production. The low temperature anticorrosion special coating developed by SWD Urethane Co., USA overcomes the disadvantages that no able to keep the high anticorrosion and low temperatures flexibility properties together of traditional common coating. It will provide effective protection for the equipment and expand its life.
Characteristics One component polyurea polyurethane resin in the coating not only cured by absorption and reaction with air moisture, but also can combine with substrate hydroxyl group, then greatly increases the coating's adhesive strength on surface of substrate to ensure that it won’t fall off until the low temperatures of -60 ℃. The urea bond, urethane bond and hydrogen bond between high molecules chain structure give the film of coating excellent performances of acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance, oil resistance, ammonia resistance, water resistance, chemical media resistance and the super flexibility and low temperature resistance.
