Product description: SWD952 Series SH115 One component moisture cure polyurea polyurethane (elastic) system chemical fertilizer prilling tower special anticorrosion wear resistance coating Descriptions The chemical fertilizer industry prilling towers in general are built by reinforced concrete structure. Its wall must be tense, flat and mooth so it’s necessary to make surface antiseptic treatment. However, traditional way of anticorrosion applies mainly with epoxy paint coating, which would work in 2-3 years only because of its poor comprehensive epoxy performance,which not only causes wall corrosion heavily but shapes wall-buildups in the process of prill manufacture, effect production and add safety problems. To better meet the demand, SWD Urethane Co., (USA) developed this special anticorrosion and wear resistance coating, with high adhesive strength, high PU anticorrosion performance, anticorrosion and temperature resistance. The product provides a better platform to prolong the service life of prill tower.
Characteristics Coating takes high performance one component polyurea polyurethane resin prepolymer as main film forming material, inside of the high molecule structure of formed film coating contains large amount of urethane bond, biuret bond, urea ester bond and hydrogen bond which gives coating excellent physical and anticorrosion properties. Coating dense, with high adhesive strength and wear resistance, can be long-term applied in environment ambient of high temperature 160℃, low temperature -40℃, with high performances of acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance, wet resistance, various chemical resistances.
