In the lifting and transportation process of steel structure, the anticorrosion coating is easy to be damaged. Together with the defects from welding positions anticorrosion treatment, the effect of bridge steel structure anticorrosion cannot meet the design requirements. The bridge steel structure special anticorrosion coating developed by SWD Urethane Co., USA has good performances of wear resistance and impact strength, the curing film coating can bear reasonable collision in the transportation process and without damages, now it has been widely used in many areas of the Europe and Americas.
Characteristics Process synthesizing from high performances of one component polyurea polyurethane resin prepolymer, film coating is dense, tough with high impact strength, fitting for the installation process of steel bridge. The presence of large amount of urethane bond, ureido ester bond and oil unsaturated bond makes it to be excellent in properties of anticorrosion, wear resistance, anti-aging, temperature variation, chemical resistance. Coating has a high tolerance on construction environment, can be painted on the hand brushable low rust surface and cured on the condition of low temperature and high humidity. It is not only suitable for the new steel bridge anticorrosion and also more convenient and effective for the outdoor old steel structure repair.
