Product description: SWD952 Series SH122 One component moisture cure polyurethane (elastic) system industrial gas tank special anticorrosion coating Descriptions The gas tank is mainly made of carbon steel. After its application, the steel structure surface is seriously rusted for it stays in the high corrosion ambient condition for a long period. The main composition of gas is carbon monoxide, hydrogen, methane and its main corrosion composition is naphthalene, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen cyanide, etc. The traditional epoxy resin anticorrosion system coating often powders and cracks after used for 1-3 years seriously affect the life of gas tank. SWD Urethane Co., USA developed one component gas tank special anticorrosion coating in the 1980s, verified through practical application the coating expands the life of gas tank for above 20 years.
Characteristics This anticorrosion coating specially designs for gas tanks. It applies with one component polyurea polyurethane resin, curing by absorption and reaction with air moisture. The coating contains large amount of biuret bond, urea bond, urethane bond and inside of the high molecules forms hydrogen bond, which makes the product has excellent performances of hydrogen sulfide resistance, ozone resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance and various chemical materials. Coating is dense and tough, with excellent seal properties, water resistance, wet resistance, temperature variation and washing wear resistance, providing a comprehensive protection for gas tanks.
